Tasty, tender salad. Nostalgia for Italy. Finale Ligure... the sea... the mountains... the sun... and friends.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Pork

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    2 g

  • Salt

    2 g

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

Cooking

Boil the pasta in salted water. I used multi-colored. Leave to cool.

Cut all the ingredients separately: tomatoes cubes, cucumber slices, onion half-rings, salad and the pork into smaller.

After the pasta has cooled, put in a bowl layers: pasta, cheese, pork, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pepper, salt, pour mayonnaise or sour cream. And best of yogurt or natural yogurt.
