Marinated baked salmon with sauce
"Saumon sur son lit de poireaux" (fr. ) - salmon on onion bed (literally). Particularly juicy fish, "melting in mouth", with a creamy mustard sauce with leeks and greens... Try it, you will not regret!

  • Lemon

Olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and spices to make a marinade and marinate the salmon on all sides. Leave in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
