Suggest you try a very easy, delicious chicken salad with citrus. Healthy, nutritious, light and satisfying salad is simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Spinach

    2 handful

  • Mandarin

    2 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

First, prepare sauce. For this, mix orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder and ginger root, salt and pepper, honey.

Chicken breast cut into small strips and fry in a pan.

Add prepared sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat and allow to cool.

On a plate put spinach leaves, chicken pieces, slices of tangerines (they pre-remove the membranes) and the crushed pistachios.
