Camping dessert
Small, compact dessert that you can take with you on nature, and put together with appetizers and salads in the cooler. You can do it in advance, a few hours before departure. It is interesting because it can be done different every time, playing with variations of berry topping and cheese component. Dessert is fast, does not take much space and will certainly surprise Your guests. And, of course, it's delicious. Have a nice picnic!

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

    4 piece

  • Cookies

    8 piece

  • Butter

    35 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.3 tsp

Cooking

Whisk the ricotta with 2 tablespoons of powder and vanilla sugar.

Cookies grind in a blender. The butter will melt.

Strawberries grind in a blender with 1 tbsp of powder. Berries that quickly turned into a smooth puree, you can add 1 tbsp of boiled water.

Mix crushed cookies and butter. In small jars (my children) lay out layers: biscuits, cream of ricotta, strawberry topping.

Top can be decorated with a thin plate of fresh strawberries. All! Close jars with lids and put in refrigerator. After a couple of hours dessert you can eat. Enjoy the bright, delicate flavor!)
