Description

Fitness cheesecake
I love cheese in all its forms, and want to offer You a good dietary dish. Prepared in the manner of a classic cheesecake, but much healthier. Well suited for people who are watching a figure or comply with diet therapy. If You are not one of them, it is still welcome - try it! Rich banana flavor, delicate texture and an unusual dough - and if you pour the finished cheesecake with sour cream or condensed milk, no purchased cakes will not want to.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dried apricots

    5 piece

  • Prunes

    6 piece

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Honey

  • Banana

    2 piece

Cooking

step-0
Dried fruit pour boiling water and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
step-1
Oatmeal pour boiling water the way to remove the dry flakes (strongly not necessary to fill). Stir. Also allow to stand for 5 minutes.
step-2
Dried fruits, finely chop or grind in a blender to a pulp. Mix them with soaked oatmeal, add a little honey, 1 egg, knead well with a spoon and put into the form to form the shape of the cake.
step-3
Of the remaining two eggs separate the whites and whisk into the foam.
step-4
Bananas grind in a blender to puree. Mix curd, banana puree, beaten egg whites, honey (optional as bananas cheese turns out pretty sweet). Beat in the egg yolks. Beat with a mixer.
step-5
Cottage cheese pour on the cake. Put the form in a pan with high sides, pour water so that it reaches to about the middle of the form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Take out and let it cool down completely - otherwise when cutting cheesecake behaves quite capriciously.
step-6
Cut into portions, lay on plates and decorate as desired. I decorated dried apricots and flax seed. Nice and easy You fitness tea!)
