The recipe for stuffed squid from my childhood-adolescence. Then this product appeared on our table even in the far East. A versatile dish for the Christmas table, can be served as hot or cold as a snack.

Cooking
Take squid, I have a very large, so I got one. Squid cleaned from the film, cut the "ears", they can be used in salads.
Take chicken fillets, preferably thighs, it meatier, add onion and grind all the blender. No need to grind into a paste, it is better to stay pieces.
To the chicken add grated on a medium grater potatoes, eggs, chopped parsley, salt and pepper mix svezhemoloty.
Take the semolina "Semolina" from "Mistral", add to the stuffing.
All mix well and allow to stand for 5 minutes for swelling monkey.
The narrow end of a squid held together by a toothpick and stuff the squid with potatoes with chicken fillet, it is not necessary to fill very tightly. Fastened with a toothpick, put in a greased form, top lubricated sour cream. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake 30 minutes.
The finished squid is served as a hot dish or as a cold appetizer.
