Cake almond
Cake of puff pastry with a delicate Apple filling.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    12 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Slices of apples are fried in 50 g butter and cool.

Beat 100 g butter and white powdered sugar, gradually add eggs, flour,100 g ground almonds.

Form grease with oil, sprinkle with flour and lay on the bottom and the walls of the puff pastry, on top of 3/4 to put apples and pour the beaten mixture.

In the centre lay the apples in the shape of a flower, the entire surface around to fill the sliced almonds.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour Sprinkle with cognac, cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
