Description
In Zepter cookware you can cook a variety of casseroles. Offer a recipe of rice pudding with pear, cooked on the stove, not the oven. Serve it with a creamy vanilla sauce.

Cooking
The rice is washed, poured into the Zepter pot, add water.
The casserole cover with lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire (my stove on the switch 4 division, so I turn on the unit). Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of the green field, then switch off the stove. Leave the pan on the stove for about 18 minutes.
Makes a wonderful crisp rice.

In a bowl combine eggs, cream, honey, vanilla, slightly whipped with a mixer. Egg seven is connected to the rice mix.
Cut for cooking casseroles round out of parchment paper, diameter slightly larger than the bottom of the pan Zepter.
Spread half the rice mixture.
For making this casserole I bought pears which are very similar in shape to apples. My pears, cut into thin slices. Cut out the seeds in the slices in which they fall.
Spread 1/2 of slices of pears, sprinkle them with 1/2 part cinnamon.
Spread the remaining rice, then the sliced pear. Sprinkle pears with cinnamon. The pan cover with lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire. Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of the green field, then switch off the stove. Leave the pan on the stove for about 15 minutes.
While preparing the casserole, cook the sauce. In a saucepan pour the milk, add honey and half a vanilla pod. Bring the mixture to start boiling on the stove (on medium fire), stirring occasionally.
In a bowl whisk well the egg yolks.
Without removing the pan plate, add the beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Cook the sauce for another short time, until thick. Make a fragrant sauce. Take out the vanilla pod.
When the cooking time casseroles expires, open the lid of the pan, run my knife along the sides.
Cover the pan with a plate and turn it into a casserole. Remove parchment. Turn the pudding on a dish. Serve pudding with vanilla sauce. Bon appétit!
