Cooking
Wash the meat and cut into medium pieces. Fry on both sides in sunflower oil.
Add water and simmer until tender. The water should completely evaporate.
The ginger will grate on a small grater.
Mix wine, ginger, soy sauce "Kikkoman" and starch
Pour in the sauce, quickly stir. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
