Chicken fingers in curry yogurt
A wonderful dinner for the whole family!!! Fingers of chicken breast, rice, and two sauce - plum and curry... Delicious!!! Help yourself!!! P. S. curry Sauce cooked on natural homemade yogurt... it's something!!!

Yogurt. I made homemade yogurt from pasteurized milk 3.2% and starter cultures for making yogurt from Arsic.

I poured into a clean measuring Cup 1 litre of milk and added the starter. Mixed clean plastic spoon milk with the leaven in three minutes. Poured the mixture into a sterilized ceramic jars, covered them with parchment and secured the parchment with rubber bands. Cooked in a slow cooker on the "yogurt" for 10 hours.

Upon completion of the program the slow cooker, I removed the jars of yogurt in the fridge for a few hours. Here's a thick white yoghurt with a slight acidity I did it!!!

Prepare curry sauce. Put the yogurt in a convenient container, add all other ingredients except fresh pepper and stir.

Slice green and red chillies (I removed the middle bit with the seeds). Add the chopped peppers to the sauce and stir. While we will engage other components of the dish, the sauce will marinate.

Boil the rice in water according to the instructions on the package, it is possible slightly to nagovoriti, but be sure to salt to taste. Wash the plums and leeks. Cut the white part of the onion and slice it thin slices. Plums cut into thin slices.

Preheat the pan, add sesame oil. Fry the fingers on all sides. Add the brandy to evaporate. Pour in the soy sauce.

Add sesame seeds and stir fry another couple of minutes.

To include a warming oven 180*. Cooked rice spread evenly over the plum. Pour the rice with lemon juice.
