Shank baked with beans
A great dish for a friendly company! Especially when going camping is not obtained, and the soul already asks! Cooked and baked knuckle comes out tender and juicy, the crust browned and fragrant. The beans are delicious and by itself, the sauce is very spicy in the end. Aromas soar simply stunning! If I split the cooking into stages and pre-cook the shanks, beans, and sauce, then finish chores won't take much time!

Bean mix from the "Mistral" to soak for 4-5 hours in cold water. Then boil without salt until the state of al dente. Drain in a colander.

Shank to soak in cold water for three hours, well poskresti and rinse.

In a frying pan with the remnants of the oil well heated peeled and cut into quarters fresh tomatoes on a medium heat. In the process, sprinkle them with sugar and salt and allow to soften and lightly fry. If there are burn-add a little oil.

Enhance heat and put chopped juice from canned tomatoes, add pasta and boil down sauce until thick strong smooth heat. To adjust the taste for salt is sugar.

Mix the honey, paprika, red pepper, tomato paste and balsamic vinegar, it is good to coat the shank with a brush.
