Description
Offer a recipe traditional Italian dessert made from ricotta cheese. This dessert has a mouthwatering aroma of caramelized orange peel and vanilla, amazing taste and very easy to prepare. To be honest, I never thought I will dare to participate in this difficult contest. But, as the products of Haas was found in the store, I couldn't resist. In desserts I'm not very strong, so please do not judge strictly.

Cooking
In small skillet put 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. water and the zest of one orange. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the smell of caramel.
Remove from the heat, when the mass has cooled, break into pieces.
Beat eggs with sugar. The mass should be white.
Add the sachet of vanillin Haas.
Add salt, starch and caramelizing the zest. Carefully whisk.
Form to cover with parchment and pour egg and cheese mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Until Golden brown. Fiadone ready to cut into serving pieces (squares or triangles).
