Cooking
Preheat the oven to 160-170 gr. Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat egg whites with a mixer in thick foam.
To the yolks add vanilla, baking powder, cottage cheese. Whisk everything with a mixer.
Add the yolks to the whites and gently stir from the bottom up.

While our dough is baked, we will prepare the stuffing. Take the cheese and add the honey, a little beat with a mixer (20 seconds), add the raisins and stir.
Get the cake and allow to cool. Cools down fast 7-10 minutes.
Distribute the filling on the cake so to cm 2 not reached up to the brim because they can come out when twisting.
Twisted and put into the fridge to soak for 2-3 hours. If you cook at night, the morning will be of course tastier!
If you like sweeter add more honey or sugar. You can experiment with fillings. The first time I saw a video with this recipe online and immediately fell in love with this delicacy.
