Sometimes I want something tasty, but at the same time, and useful. And so I want to offer to you the "tasty-useful" protein roll. Prepared quickly, looks beautiful, and most importantly without flour!

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 160-170 gr. Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat egg whites with a mixer in thick foam.

While our dough is baked, we will prepare the stuffing. Take the cheese and add the honey, a little beat with a mixer (20 seconds), add the raisins and stir.

Get the cake and allow to cool. Cools down fast 7-10 minutes.
