Very tasty pastry, which is suitable for Easter cakes, pies with various fillings, pies, muffins and other baked goods. Is very long, but the result is worth it! Try it!

  • Margarine

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yeast

  • Vegetable oil

Beat the eggs with half the sugar. In good hot milk put margarine (or butter), sour cream, eggs with the sugar, then the yeast, cover and leave to ferment without flour 1.5 - 2 hours.

After the specified time to the yeast mixture add the remaining sugar, raisins (or other fruit, this time I did with candied fruit), vanilla, cinnamon, vegetable oil and knead a soft dough. Cover and leave for 1.5 hours to rise in a warm place.

After this time, move the dough and let it rise again, do this three times. On the fourth time roll cakes (Swiss rolls, cakes, pies), let go and in the oven.

Bake for 40 minutes - 1 hour at a temperature of 180-200 C. If you have a pie or pies, after baking grease with butter, if it's cake, then a protein vzbit with sugar in a solid foam and decorate with colored candies for decorating Easter cakes.
