In addition to the proven classics - apples with raisins I have prepared for you a surprise - a new, original toppings. The Czechs are terrible originals and scoffers, which in particular is manifested in the names of the cakes - can you imagine that the popular pastries called coffins and wreaths! Don't know where they went with these names, maybe it's black humor from the time when Europe decimated by the plague. But plunky mean... pants! Remember that historical movies are funny mens round pants under the knee? They were commonly worn by German landsknechte and shveicarskie soldiers, and then they came into fashion. And since these pants were very eccentric, they are often prohibited. Mentioned them in the Czech Sejm 1556 that this costume is very funny, obscenely short, from under him, peering underpants, called by the Germans "pluderhosen". Plenty to dismember the slits, beneath which were the lining (often a different color than the main part of that and gave them extravagant comic), therefore they are also called pants with stuffing. Of course, the Czech scoffers could not pass by this miracle and have named as their puff pasties with fringe.
Well, now down to business. Recipe of puff pastry are known, I'll just remind you. I can only say that the Czech version of the simple and nezamorochenny, as well as the whole Czech cuisine. In warm milk dissolve the yeast with sugar and two spoons of flour. When formed foam cap, mix the dough 400 g flour, two eggs and one egg yolk and knead the dough, which is put in a warm place for 1 hour. Flour may need a little more, but don't overdo it - the dough should be soft, very plastic.
Of the remaining 100 g of flour and butter at room temperature mix another dough, wrap it in foil and send in the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour, the risen dough roll into the reservoir, in the middle put cold oil the dough.
Surinam envelope, roll out. Repeat the procedure three more times and fold the dough in the fridge for 1 hour. If the dough will break and oil not to listen - don't be nervous, you will succeed, you will need just a little bit to pour flour.
Make the Apple filling. Apples peel and grate, drip with lemon juice, thicken with breadcrumbs or ground nuts, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and raisins. If you have rum, add a teaspoon for flavor.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one half into a reservoir, well, not really thin. Cut it into rectangles with a width of approximately 8 cm and a length of about 12 cm. In the middle put a spoonful of filling.

Put the patties on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease with beaten egg whites (remember, we have one protein?) and send in a preheated 200 degree oven the oven and bake to form a beautiful Golden crust.

The second half of the dough roll out and repeat the whole procedure with the second stuffing.
Finished plenty sprinkle with powdered sugar. I got 30 pieces. You can still make the chocolate filling grated chocolate mixed with ground nuts. Also a good filling of cottage cheese, raisins and carrots, grated on a fine grater.
