Carrots clean, RUB on a grater for Korean carrot. Funchoza pour boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse and break off smaller pieces and add to the carrots. There also pour the seasoning for carrots in Korean, mix well.

Cut the meat into thin strips, onion finely chopped. On a hot pan pour a little vegetable oil. Throw the meat fry (meat cooked very quickly). Remove, cool, and add to the carrots.
