Gelatin pour cold boiled water and leave for 40 minutes to swell.

Cheese, peach juice, sugar, beat with a blender until fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). The gelatin mixture is heated, while stirring, but do not boil! Cool. In cottage cheese mixture in a thin stream pour in the gelatine, whisking with a mixer.

The finished mixture is carefully poured into the cups and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Our lovely dessert is ready!!! Now you can decorate!!! I was decorated with chocolate drops. You can decorate to your liking (for example: grated chocolate, peaches).
