Ingredients

  • Paneer

    250 g

  • Condensed milk

    200 ml

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    2 pinch

  • Pistachios

    5 piece

Pulverize the cheese in blender, or fork

In a bowl place the cheese, powdered milk ( can be without it, but it adds a richness to the sweetness), cardamom and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly

In a frying pan (not nonstick) put the mixture and stir on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes slightly stick to the bottom

Form to lay a parchment, grease with butter, and move the mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Allow to cool. Put in the refrigerator until hardens. Sweets should be crumbly when you bite)
