Marshmallows from garbanzo bean broth
Before this recipe I didn't know that was possible, and when I did not hope that happens. But thankfully was not as bad with this recipe to handle even a child. Zephyr turns out tender, light and very tasty. Chickpeas, have always been welcome to visit, now he is doubly welcome.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Agar-agar

    5 g

  • Water

    90 g

  • Sugar

    170 g

Cooking

The chickpeas soak in water overnight. Drain the water, pour new and cook until tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

In a Cup to drain 130 ml of broth.

Agar-agar pour cold water and leave for 40 minutes.

Gram broth whisk until fully thickened.

When it thickens (turn into foam) gradually add sugar mixed with vanilla and add the lemon juice. Beat until peaks.

The agar pour into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil and stirring constantly add sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes. Hot agar pour chickpeas in the broth while continuing to whisk.

Put the mixture in a pastry bag and transplant the marshmallow on the parchment. Give the marshmallows to harden, optionally sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
