Cooking
To make this hleba I use cereal "5 grains" from TM "Mistral"
To in a bowl combine flour, oats, salt, sugar and soda. If you are afraid of the taste of soda, add it to the end, pre-extinguished. With a whisk mix everything together.
Add the softened butter into the flour mixture and grind hands crumbs.
Add sesame seeds, flax seed and herbs to taste. Mix and add yogurt. Look at your flour, you may need more or less.
Knead the dough, form the bun and put in the form. Make a cruciate incision and sprinkle with flour. I baked it in a pan with a diameter of 19 cm
Bake in the preheated oven, until Golden brown, 30-35 min. at t 200C. From the finished bread is the pleasant scent of herbs. Extract the bread from the form and cooled on a wire rack.
