Description
Pork cooked in this recipe turns out very tender and soft. Direct meat melts in your mouth. Preparation is not complicated, and the ingredients always have every hostess in the fridge.

Cooking
In a saucepan, prepare the sauce – mix the sour cream, tomato paste, mustard and broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, bring to a boil and set aside.
Meat clean from the tapes, cut across the grain into pieces thick 1 cm and slightly repel. Of these pieces cut into strips up to 1cm. thick. Dip meat in flour, but then put it in a colander or sieve and shake to remove excess flour.
Chopped onion lightly in butter passeruem
Spread the meat on the onion. Fire strong. All the time stir the meat. Fry it a few minutes (6-8 minutes) until Shine.
