Simple and hearty dish for dinner. Bright spicy sprinklings of fish accompanied by rice in a soft creamy sauce - these are the notes of this dish!

Cooking
Onion cut into cubes, carrots to RUB on a grater. Fry in 1 tbsp olive oil until the vegetables are soft
Fillet of salmon cut into cubes 1,5 - 2 see Add to vegetables.
Add to the pan soy sauce. Fry until the fish is cooked. Cool.
Cook rice according to package instructions, cool. Mix the rice with the fish mixture and chopped dill. Mix well, if needed salt, but soy sauce is enough.
To prepare the cheese sauce. In a pan fry the flour until slightly brown, add the butter, pour hot boiled water, stirring vigorously giving the flour to form lumps, as soon as the mixture thickens, pour the cream, stir, bring to boil, add salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese, fire off. Stir so cheese parted.
In a fireproof dish put the fish-rice mixture
Pour over sauce and bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
Serve the casserole hot or slightly cooled
