I offer you this elegant cake. Revised bunch of pages, but have not found.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Marmalade

    350 g

Cooking

In 50 grams of warm milk dissolve the yeast and leave for 15 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar and melt the butter

Sift the flour.

The yeast has risen in that time

Do in flour a hole, add the butter, remaining warm milk, yeast, egg, sugar and salt.

Knead the dough. The dough I really liked the soft, plastic. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place

When the dough has risen, punch down it and again leave to rise. To do so 2 more times. About half an hour for each time out

When the dough has risen the third time, to press down it and cut into two pieces

Grease the form with a diameter of about 25 cm (mine was too small) with butter and sprinkle with semolina. I think without a monkey, too, would be fine

Cut marmalade into small pieces

One portion of the dough roll out the diameter of the mold and spread on the bottom

The second part of the grooved roll and a small glass cut out circles that are cut in half

Wrap a slice of marmalade in half a mug in a bag

Tightly put our bags into shape and leave to approach the cake for 20-30 minutes

Grease the pie with beaten egg and put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (focus on your oven, I had 30 minutes and the flank even overly flushed)
