    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    70 g

Cooking

step-0
Take shrimp frozen in the ice, they are usually the cheapest. pour into a saucepan and rinse with hot water to the top of the shrimp thawed out, and the body remained frozen. Drain the water and put the saucepan on the table.
step-1
Now take in a vegetable oil pressed garlic, 4 - 5 medium cloves. then pour in it all salt 3 teaspoons or to taste and mix it all until it becomes savory and salt is almost dissolved. We all made a kind of marinade.
step-2
Now take the marinade and pour into the pan with shrimp and stir a minute. Meanwhile, the pans should be heated at the maximum temperature of your stove.
step-3
Then pour all into the pan, the pan needs to hit big, that would lay shrimp in a single layer and each are evenly roasted. wait until the water boils away and the shrimp will start to fry on the one hand, becoming more rosy. then mix and fry further. I do this until they develop some tendrils will break and crunch on the teeth. On average, the whole roasting takes 8-12 minutes
step-4
Spread in readiness. Due to the fact that the shrimp started to fry frozen them after cooking remained juicy and slightly sweet and garlicky marinade gave them a rich salty - garlicky taste and smell... delicious!!!
