Pancakes with light
A dish from my childhood. Are the pancakes I made my grandmother. And then it turned out that the same was giving my half his grandma. It's fate!:-)

Ingredients

Knead the batter and bake pancakes on Your favorite recipe. I bake from 500 g of flour, 1 liter milk, 2 eggs, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and a little water to the dough was liquid. Here they are I did.

Google lung wash, cut into small pieces, add to the pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. When it boils, drain the water, rinse the lungs and fill with fresh water. Cook for 1.5 hours until soft (try to pierce with a knife). At the end add salt. Leave to cool in the broth. I this step is not removed, as we did before and just forgot to take a picture. Meanwhile, in a frying pan in sunflower oil to fry the onion until Golden state.
