Cheesecake with quince
Crumbly pie aroma and flavor of quince.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Quince

    1 piece

Cooking

QUINCE peel from the core and mince with the skin on.

Dough: put all the ingredients in a Cup and grind by hand.

It's a sort of crumbly crumb.

Filling: mix cottage cheese, eggs, sand, vanilla. My apologies did not have time (thoughts were about 6 in number, the day of the death of the Pope) to take a picture of the laying of the pie. Sorry again, girls.

Form grease with oil, pour half of the batter, and top with cheese mass, then put the quinces and sprinkle the rest of the dough-crumbs. Bake at t=180 C for 35-40 min.
