Pork stew with dumplings
Delicious dish for your evening meal - a hearty, meat. To prepare this dish will not make you much trouble!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare the meat, washed and cut into arbitrary pieces

Slightly fry the meat in vegetable oil over high heat, add the soy sauce Kikkoman

Then add the onions, roughly chopped

Season with red paprika

Simmer the meat for about 10 minutes

Spread the meat into a saucepan and fill with water. Continue to simmer until tender about 20 minutes. (I had always worked in multiservice 12 min)

While stew will make dumplings. The Cup will proseem flour, drive an egg, add a pinch of salt

Add the warm milk and vegetable oil

The dough divide into several parts, will SkyTeam thin sausages and cut into small pieces

Boil the dumplings in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

When ready put the dumplings in a bowl of gravy and stews. Serve sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!!!
