Description

Roulade of pork with wild garlic
Spring in the kitchen without garlic is, in my opinion, not spring. And if you combine the garlic with lean pork, spinach, a little cheese and season with sunflower oil "Oleyna", it's filling, and at the same time, easy and a beautiful dish with spring mood :).

Cooking

step-0
Here it is, our food set for today :). For photos of cheese about 2 times more than was used, as the piece 50 is somehow lost in the overall picture.
step-1
Pork wash, dry, finely chop with a knife, season with salt and pepper.
step-2
Add to the minced egg, semolina, starch, mix well.
step-3
Lay on a baking sheet foil and grease with vegetable oil. Spread stuffing in a layer 1 cm.
step-4
Sprinkle the stuffing with grated Dutch (or any hard) cheese.
step-5
Spinach wash, dry, remove the cuttings. Spread over the cheese track.
step-6
Melted cheese RUB on a small grater, to put on top of spinach.
step-7
Wild garlic wash, dry, chop and mix with sunflower oil "Oleyna".
step-8
Spread the garlic on top of the melted cheese.
step-9
Gently, lifting the edges of the foil, form into a roll whilst wrapping it in foil as tightly as possible.
step-10
Bake at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool, cautiously expand. Cut into portions (not thinner than 1 cm), served cold or warm with any side dish. Bon appetite :)!
