Today I experimented with cheesecakes. Inspired me to this experiment with the recipes from our website and Yulia Vysotskaya, in its program "Eat at home"!
Ingredients

Sour cream

Sugar
0.5 cup

Semolina
3 Tbsp

Flour
3 Tbsp

Vanilla

Leavening agent

Vegetable oil
Cooking
Curd grind with egg, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
To the mixture add semolina, flour and baking powder. Knead.
To form a cheese cakes, breaded to them in semolina. Fry in sunflower oil. Don't make cheesecakes very large, they grow on the pan.
To serve, Gulf sour cream with sugar. Who doesn't love sweet, put less sugar.
