Cake
Cake is prepared on the basis of the well-known cake, but much easier and faster. I cook it once a year for the New year, December 30 in the evening, then put on the balcony, get the 31 day and night to keep the tea at room temperature so that it better soaked!

Put a large pot of water on the fire for the water bath. In a large bowl, beat the eggs ( very cold) with a pinch of salt, gradually add sugar, coffee, butter, baking soda hydrated, continuing to whisk, put in a water bath, add honey and then the flour, not much overheating. Remove from the heat, knead in the bowl by hand if necessary, adding flour until the dough will become quite thick, soft and supple. Divided into three parts. On a heated baking tray on baking paper put the first layer is rolled to a thickness of about 5-7 mm. Bake for 5 minutes until they acquire a tanned look, so are all the other cakes.
