Description
From the Belarusian name of the salad translates BEAUTY. Gentle and at the same time satisfying salad. The unusual combination of fresh fruit with hints of spicy chicken. The recipe was taken in one of Minsk restaurants, firmly settled in my cookbook and take to cheer.

Cooking
On a fillet will make shallow incisions to the meat better soaked. Now marinate chicken fillet in garlic butter with fresh Basil (very finely chopped) and soy sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate 10 to 30 minutes. The longer the hen will stand up, the spicier it will.
If garlic oil is not available, make it yourself. In vegetable oil (2 tbsp) squeeze out the garlic clove and leave for 15 minutes to stand so that the oil has absorbed the garlic.
It is clear that the principle of cooking sirloin unknown to me, so by trial and error chose this option. Marinated fillet roast (you can boil or grill whatever you like) in a well heated pan on both sides until Golden brown. Then put it into the oven, preheated to 220 degrees and leave for another 15 minutes.
Get ready the fillets, let cool and cut into strips
Cut cucumber halves, marinated cucumber julienne, finely torn or cut into a salad. Tomato cut into cubes.
Spread the vegetables in a bowl and add fillets.
Prepare the dressing. The salad was filled with mayonnaise (for fans, you can leave and so), but I chose this gas station. Mix sour cream, mustard and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, pepper. Mix everything together and fill our salad. The filling can be any according to Your taste and preference :)
The salad is ready. Decorate with Basil leaves and cherry tomatoes
