Cooking
Ingredients - brown sugar Mistral, milk and cream, corn flakes, walnuts and waffles.
Shredded flakes and wafers into fine crumbs. Nuts have rastolkli in a mortar.
Milk and cream poured into the pan and put it on the stove, brought to a boil. Pour the sugar and cooked for 5 minutes. Added walnuts and cooked for 5 minutes on low heat.
Poured into the pot the crushed cereal, waffles and boiled for 5 minutes. Just cooked 15 minutes. The mass is thick, but not candied.
Thick, hot mass put a tablespoon in a bowl of crushed cereal, and waffles. In the middle of this mass put a little mixture of nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins and dried cranberries. Mix stuffing closed hot mass was rolled into a ball and rolled in all sides in crushed cereal and waffles. ( A mixture of fillers in the ingredients I wrote, added to taste ).
Got 16 balls. Each ball took about a tablespoon of the mass.
Put the balls on a tray covered with parchment paper and put it in the fridge.
The balls froze, but was not solid.
Ball for taste and texture reminded ( Apple ) candy.
Balls done two days in a row. They are well kept. They can be put in a gift box, the form does not change and does not crease. With beads I had tea instead of candy. Very pleasant taste!
