Jam-marmalade on sorbitol
My mother in law's diabetes, but she's allowed a little bit of sweets on the sorbitol. Fruit in season I will prepare her for the winter such sweetness on the sorbitol. This jam can be spread on bread and you can eat as a healthy candy, so it holds its shape and has a dense consistency. Can be served as jelly, but you can prepare for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 kg

  • Water

    2 l

  • Agar-agar

    2 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar substitute

    500 g

The apples should be washed and pass through the juicer. Juicer SL-JE51S01 quietly and easily squeezed from 2 kg. of apples liter of wonderful juice. After a few minutes of pure, clear juice separated from the foam that we pour by the glass and drink. A half Cup of juice fill with 2 tbsp. of agar-agar and leave for 20 minutes.

Cake cover with water and boil for 40 minutes on low heat.

RUB through a sieve. Get fragrant, uniform, wonderful mashed potatoes.

Add the cinnamon, sorbitol, xylitol and cooked in the juice (3 minutes)agar-agar. Boil all together until dissolved sorbitol for 10 minutes stirring constantly.

Bottled pasteurized in jars, close, cool and store in a cool place.
