Candy raspberry cheesecake
Two options. Cheesecake now ceased to be a rarity, and I think that almost every people have tried it or at least knows what it is. But I did try a bit to surprise You and offer to taste a cheesecake in a new role - in the form of fillings for chocolates. Candy sweet and delicious, with bright raspberry flavor, much tastier than store-bought curd cheese and, most important, totally natural.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Cheese curd

    230 g

  • Yogurt

    15 ml

  • Sugar

    65 g

  • Jam

    35 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.66 pack

  • Chicken egg

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Sugar, vanilla and low-fat cottage cheese beat with a mixer couple of minutes.

Put in the fridge for that chocolate layer to harden.
