Description

Chicken fillet in tomato-soy sauce
This recipe always comes to my rescue if there's no time to cook. As with any recipe, you can improvise with the marinade, focusing on your own taste. Some people like more sugar, some more soy sauce. This marinade is perfect for chicken skewers, and barbecue. Fillet turns tender, juicy and a little sweet. Ideal for a quick and tasty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    650 g

  • Tomato paste

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    90 ml

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Fillet wash, dry and cut into slices with a thickness of about 1 cm.
step-1
Make the marinade: mix the tomato paste, sugar and soy sauce TM Kikkoman.
step-2
Mix the fillets with the marinade. And leave it under load for 40 minutes.
step-3
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spread chicken along with the marinade and broil, without turning, about 5 minutes. If the marinade will be very sprinkling, then you need to cover the pan sieve cover. Then flip the fillet and cook for another 5 minutes. Do not overdo, otherwise the meat will be tough and not juicy.
step-4
All! A delicious and hearty dinner ready. Served sliced, watering marinade remaining in the pan. On the side best suited Fig.
