Rice-fish sticks with ginger and mayonnaise
A great addition to any garnish. Scented sticks with a crispy crust and tender filling inside. And what is most interesting, eaten sticks instantly.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    150 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water until tender. Drain in a colander and rinse with water.

Fish fillet finely chop, season with salt to taste, add the allspice and ginger. Mix well. Then add boiled rice and fried until Golden brown onions.

From rice-minced fish forms the wand. From all sides, roll it in semolina.

Sticks spread on a heated pan and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Ready rice-fish fingers served with mayonnaise.
