Chicken breast in a skillet in Oriental style
You only have 20 minutes to prepare lunch or dinner? Not a problem! This time is sufficient for cooking a delicious chicken with a very interesting Eastern influences. Will appreciate this dish not only women but also men!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

On a dry pan fry until Golden brown. peanuts. Put it in a bowl.

In hot oil for 5 minutes fry the thinly sliced chicken breast. Put in a bowl.

Onion peel and cut into slices, garlic and ginger are chopped. Fry in skillet 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add to the pan the cauliflower (fresh disassemble on inflorescences, frozen blanched) or cauliflower and broccoli, carrot diced or cubes and green peas. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add to the vegetables breast and peanuts. Pour soy sauce, sprinkle with coriander, chili pepper and freshly ground black pepper. Stir and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Served hot. All a pleasant appetite!!!
