Cupcake with honey and quince
Very flavorful and fluffy cupcake. The aroma of quince is stressed honey aroma with cinnamon and just warms the soul!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 pinch

Cooking

Beat the butter with honey, dried orange zest and sugar in a lush cream until the complete disappearance of grains.

One by one add the eggs, beating well after each addition.

At low speed of mixer, stir in the flour, sifted with baking powder and starch.

Add peeled and grated quince. Rubbing a cheese grater just before adding. Spatula knead easy dough.

Spread half of the batter into laid the parchment form. Sprinkle the cinnamon I have cinnamon with sugar.

Lay out the second part of the dough and flatten the surface.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until it will turn brown and tender. Check with a toothpick – it should come out of the dough dry. The finished cake to cool on a wire rack, removing the parchment.

Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.

I love this cupcake and in the season of quince bake it often.

Serve very tasty with a Cup of coffee with milk.
