Diet Royal cheesecake
A single gram of oil, sugar and wheat flour! Only healthy foods! The recipe was born out of my head. Honestly, when prepared, was not sure in the taste, and proved to be in vain! So yummy... crisp with the aroma of cinnamon, sweet and soft banana filling... and only 150 calories per 100 grams. All losing weight or just watching your health you should certainly bake this cheesecake for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    200 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Oat flour

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For the dough mix all ingredients until crumbs.

For the filling whisk all ingredients in a blender to a paste.

The form slightly greased with vegetable oil, put 2/3 of the crumb, and stuffing the remaining crumbs. And bake at 180 gr. 15-20 minutes. All very quickly and Negroponte!
