I want to offer you three completely different dishes that have one thing in common - amazing sauce! To put these recipes separately.. I Guess that's not very interesting.. So I decided to combine them in this way. The sauce cooks very quickly and of basic products. You might find other dishes in which to use it. Today I will offer a red fish sauce, delicious spaghetti and the pasta with salmon (salmon, trout) with this sauce - all time favorite! The sauce can complement the blue cheese - it will give a spicy touch. In spaghetti sauce, I add cream cheese for a richer creamy taste.

Our wonderful, versatile sauce is prepared very quickly. Chop spinach, put it aside for now. Onions and garlic peel and cut small cubes. And fry them in vegetable oil, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Add the cream and a little put out, stirring occasionally.
As the sauce begins to thicken, add the spinach and, stirring, bring sauce to a boil, add salt to taste, pepper and remove from heat. A wonderful creamy spinach sauce is ready! For lovers of spicy taste, you can add along with spinach 50 grams crumbled blue cheese. Also very tasty! Especially with spaghetti, I like this option.
Now for the dishes! So, dish number 1 - Baked salmon with creamy spinach sauce. As the sauce is prepared very quickly, we first begin to cook the salmon. Here, too, all elementary - fish (steaks or portions) of the layer in a baking dish (the shape of a little grease with vegetable oil), salt, pepper to taste, pour lemon juice. Bake until ready in a pre-heated to 180 degrees oven for 20-30 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of pieces of fish and the individual characteristics of your oven. And while the fish cooked, meanwhile prepare the sauce as mentioned above.

Dish No. 2 - Creamy spaghetti with spinach sauce. Put on to cook the pasta, meanwhile prepare the sauce in the above manner, only take a little more cream, about 400ml. At the same time with the spinach to the sauce add cream cheese. Instead of processed cheese, use crumbled blue cheese, I pictured exactly this option. Cheese recommend to use in packs or triangles of type "viola" or "President". Domestic options such as "Friendship", "Orbit" etc. I have not use for a long time - very low quality affects the taste and texture of food.
Drain spaghetti and put them to the sauce, stir.
Dish No. 3 - Pasta with salmon in a creamy spinach sauce. Salmon fillet cut into cubes small size. Put on to cook pasta. At this time, prepare the sauce. Here there are 2 ways of cooking. 1)Add the salmon pieces and spinach to the onions to the cream, salt, pepper, fry until cooked the salmon for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, pour in the cream, stir and remove from heat.
2) Prepare sauce as for the other two dishes and with cream in the sauce add the fried pieces in another pan salmon. Both options I like, the only second option to wash one more pan))
