Casserole Brussels sprouts with chicken balls
I offer you tasty and healthy everyday food - a casserole of Brussels sprouts with balls stuffed with chicken and cheese. It's very simple and fast!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    600 g

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

Brussels sprouts must be removed from the freezer in advance to let it thaw. Turn on the oven heat to 220 degrees. The stuffing can be made from chicken Breasts, but I like meat from the legs. It turns out juicier. Minced knead well to beat (throw with force or a cutting Board or the bottom of the bowl), salt and pepper. Roll into small balls.
