Cooking
Brussels sprouts must be removed from the freezer in advance to let it thaw. Turn on the oven heat to 220 degrees. The stuffing can be made from chicken Breasts, but I like meat from the legs. It turns out juicier. Minced knead well to beat (throw with force or a cutting Board or the bottom of the bowl), salt and pepper. Roll into small balls.
Form for baking grease with a brush oil and put into it a cabbage alternately with balls made from minced meat.
In the broth add the remaining olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice. Salt and poperchit to taste. Pour the filling into the shape of cabbage and minced meat. The original recipe said that instead of broth, you can use milk. I haven't tried, but I think that is also delicious and will perhaps even juicier. The form of a cover or, I, foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Get the form, cover (foil) remove, sprinkle the casserole with grated cheese and put another 5 minutes in the oven.
During this time the cheese melts and casserole is lightly browned. Get, give 5 minutes to rest the casserole and serve! Bon appetit! The original recipe in the magazine "Lisa. Bon appetit", February 2005.
