Rye crumble with roasted eggplant
Delicious, spicy, flavorful crumble.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    500 g

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Spices

  • Garlic

Eggplant bake with no fat on the baking sheet in the oven at temp. 200 g in 30 minutes (I cook on the burner, it's faster and there is a smell of smoke)skin,PS:the vegetables are well cleaned, wrap them after baking the food in a bag for 5 minutes! the flesh cut into cubes.
