Meat cutlets stuffed with scrambled eggs
Today for dinner I decided to cook zrazy with cheese sauce. Turned out very tasty and juicy. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Stuffing: chicken breast, pork, onions and carrots grind in a meat grinder. Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste.

Now let's start that omelet.

Tomatoes and herbs finely chop. Egg mix with milk and salt.

Tomatoes fried in sunflower oil, pour the egg mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Fry under cover until tender.

Now cut the roll into pieces ( bigger the piece, the more zrazy)

From stuffing make the cake and in the middle put the eggs.

In a baking dish put the noodles and pour the sauce. Sauce: grated cheese, garlic, milk and a little mayonnaise. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
