Vegetarian stir fry
Twenty years ago we in the far East was literally "boom" on cooking tofu. Soy is growing everywhere like grapes in Italy or rice in China. But somehow over time, this excitement faded. And recently I found an interesting recipe vegetarian stir fry from Hector Jimenez-Bravo, a famous chef, winner of the title of World Mast.   • Tofu

  • Broccoli

  • Pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cashews

Stir-fry is a quick technique of frying food in hot oil in a deep frying pan with sloping walls with constant stirring. To prepare the stir-fry is a wok, but you can use frying pans (casseroles) with a thick bottom.
