Stir-fry is a quick technique of frying food in hot oil in a deep frying pan with sloping walls with constant stirring. To prepare the stir-fry is a wok, but you can use frying pans (casseroles) with a thick bottom. So how to prepare these meals very quickly, then all the products should be prepared in advance and have on hand. Take garlic, ginger root, hot chili pepper, finely chop.
Broccoli divide into florets, red bell pepper cut into thin strips.
Take sweet soy sauce Kikkoman.
Tofu dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes.
In a hot pan in vegetable oil quickly fry the chilli, garlic and ginger.
Add tofu and fry, stirring, until crisp.
Put broccoli and red bell pepper, stir.
Add sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman. Fry, stirring for 1 minute.
Add the optional oyster or fish sauce, mix everything. The dish is ready, the broccoli should remain green.
