Italian cookies with raisins
Nice crispy cookies with a creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    0.125 tsp

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

  • Raisins

    75 g

Cooking

Melt the butter and cool.

Beat egg with sugar.

The cooled butter add to egg mixture. All is well beaten.

Add the cream and vanilla sugar.

Mix well.

In the sifted flour, add baking powder and salt.

Pour in mixture. Add rinsed in warm water raisins.

Knead the dough. Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Cut out any cookie shape and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
