That's all we need! I used rice cereal and brown sugar firm Mistral.
Pour into a bowl 3 tablespoons of rice flakes, added 1 tbsp brown sugar and pour 70 ml. of hot water. While infused with a mixture of clean apples peeled and seeds and RUB on a coarse grater.
Mix the apples and soaked rice flakes, add cinnamon to taste (can be without it, if you do not like), mix well.
Spread on silicone molds and stamps mixture. I got 5 pieces. Put in the microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 1000 watts. If the power of your microwave is less, then increase the time.
