Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add half of the sugar (60 gr.), continue beating until stable peaks.
Beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar (60g) until pale yellow mass. Add vanilla and milk, beat well.
Sifted flour mixed with starch and cocoa. There is one more thing, I understand that the original starch in the potato, but I'm not here.
Add dry mixture to the yolk mass, stir gently with a whisk. But not much, everything should just come to grips, I never tried to mix, as the mixture is too thick.
Next, gradually add the egg whites and gently stir. Then add the melted butter. And well mixed with the dough. The oil must not settle!
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Mat. Pour the mixture on the prepared cookie sheet and flatten. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Biscuit remove from oven, flip on the prepared surface, remove parchment paper and allow to cool.
Blueberry sauce I had ready from the jar, because I have it and was looking for a recipe with blueberries. But you'll post the cooking is from the website of Nina, as she didn't make it. I really liked this product, but I have not seen this, delicious and fragrant, I added the lemon juice. For this sauce suitable frozen blueberries, only it is necessary to unfreeze. Add to the pot all the ingredients and cook over low heat stirring constantly. Cook until that the blueberry was soft, but there was still a 10-15 minutes.
Our sponge cake cut into squares or rectangles, so that one cake was three layers. I got the rectangles, I even used a ruler :)
On the first piece draw a blueberry sauce. Put on top of the second, re-blend the blueberries with a thin layer. Cover with the third.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then I see the glaze a little thick, as the 400 gr. chocolate I just had, I melted 200 gr. chocolate and poured heavy cream. Put the grill on a baking sheet and spread on top of cakes. Pour from all sides with chocolate. After I sent them overnight in the refrigerator. They are soaked and become very tasty!
PS the Cake was very delicious! Imagine the taste with a sauce of fresh berries, next time I will try with cherries!
