Has long wanted to make "leopard print bread," so I liked the idea of forming processes and how the cupcake looks in the end. But somehow hands did not reach. Just recently I saw a recipe from Natalia and realized, it's time to cook it. Looked for recipe on our site, is not found. Decided to share if anyone also wants to cook. Have a little tricky, but the result is worth it.

Cooking
Mix milk and starch in a container with a thick bottom. Put on medium heat and cook until thick, stir with a whisk so it doesn't burn. When the milk-starch mixture starts to thicken, remove from heat. Add 50 g of butter, stir until then, until the butter is melted. The mixture is a little cool. Add sugar, salt, yeast, stir, add the sifted flour.
Knead the dough. Divide the dough into two equal parts. One part of the wrap film, and the second part divide again into two equal parts. In two different tanks weigh 15 g cocoa powder and add about 1 tbsp milk in another container 5 g and 0.5 tbsp of milk. May need maybe a little more milk to stir cocoa. In each piece of dough add cocoa and knead the dough thoroughly. May need a little flour extra. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap. Refrigerate all our preparations for 8-9 hours.
After a time, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide each piece of dough into ten parts. The darker piece of dough roll out into a thin tape. Do all the dough and put into the form. It takes some time. I advanced myself in between the layers put chopped walnuts, love it in baking, but this step can be omitted.
