Floral yeast cake
My family loves homemade cakes, pies with various fillings, muffins, biscuits. Today I have a cake with vegetables and sausages. The cake turned out soft, delicious and hearty.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the dough. Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Cover the dough with a cloth and put in a warm place.

2. Make the dough. In the ready dough and add the sugar, egg, salt and sifted flour. Last add the butter-soft consistency. Knead the dough until then, until it is easy to lag behind the hands.

3. Remove the dough in a warm place to rise 2 times. I usually pour hot water (Not boiling water!) tap into a large bowl, put the dough in a smaller bowl, and close lid tightly large bowl. In 30 minutes the dough rise in 2 - 2,5 times.

4. Prepare the stuffing. Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, green beans, pepper cleared of seeds, spices. Reduce heat, add the butter, 3 tbsp water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat until tender.

5. Punch dough down. Roll into a ball and divide into 3 parts. The smaller part of dough roll, cut a circle and put it into the form (f=24 cm) for baking, the laid parchment. To form ledges. Sprinkle the dough with starch.

7. On top of the stuffing spread thinly cut slices of sausage.

8. Remaining dough formed into a ball and divide into 6 parts. Each part divide into 3 parts and roll three harness length 20 cm

14. Formed pie put in oven, turn temperature min 40 C and give the cakes will increase in 2 times (20-30 minutes). Then switch the oven at t 200 °C and bake the pie for 30 minutes. Lubricates the beaten egg and keep for 1-2 minutes in the oven.

Get ready cake from the oven, sprinkle with water, cover with a towel and let it cool down completely. Then remove the cake from the mold. Bon appetit!
