Cooking
Boil the potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool. Potatoes and carrots cut into dice, and eggs just to clean.
In minced meat (I have beef), add the pulp of bread (pre-soaked in milk), chopped onion (or grated), 1 egg, salt, pepper, cumin to taste. A good knead (you can add a little water).
Put the minced meat in the form of a rectangle on the baking paper (this is primarily for ease of folding rolls).
In the middle of the rectangle, put the potatoes, carrots and peas.
Carefully join the edges of the rectangle, helping with baking paper. The edge of the roll shall not remain open. Grease the loaf with tomato paste.
Roll put on a baking pan or utensils for baking. Put in a preheated 180*C oven for 30-35 minutes. To serve cut into several pieces roll with your favourite side dish. Well suited bulgur.
